Setting the Stage for Success:

The Southern Oregon Wine Institute at Umpqua Community College, together with ETS Laboratories, Scott Laboratories, and Oregon State University Extension Service, presented a technical symposium on July 19, 20, and 21. Topics focused on fermentation techniques and related products, providing winemakers with useful information and tools for the upcoming vintage. The seminar was given at three separate locations in the Rogue Valley, Umpqua Valley, and Southern Willamette regions.
